Don't meddle in the affairs of dragons because you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.
Bharti Kher's solo show opens at Project 88 in Mumbai on April 22nd 2006, and is on view till the 16th of May 2006. Kher's solo show comes to Mumbai after a span of 5 years. She has shown in several international shows, and later this year will be participating in the Asia Pacific Triennial in Brisbane, Australia.
This is an inaugural show for Project 88 (which is associated with Galerie 88 Calcutta) in Mumbai. Galerie 88 has been open since 1988 and is run by its founder Supriya Banerjee . Project 88 will be run by her daughter Sree Goswami Banerjee. Once an industrial space, this 100 year old location has been designed by Rahul Mehtrotra, GALLERYSKE, Bangalore will be showing in Mumbai for the first time. The gallery focuses primarily on 8 young and mid career artists that it represents and is run by its founder Sunitha Kumar Emmart.
