“Sandeep has planned two projects for the year-long Fellowship, both of which involve painted and folded aluminium sculptures. One of his projects will use a Mini Cooper hatchback as a mould, using industrial-grade aluminium foil to map out the car and hand mould and press against aluminium. His second project will adopt a similar concept, using his own body as a mould instead; one of this project will be exhibited at a Berlin gallery, later in the year…”
