Raqs is participating in the Biennial and presenting the commissioned work The Dislocation of Degree Zero. In this work, the Collective transforms found aerial footage of desert landscapes in the United Arab Emirates into a moving inscription. The Biennial is curated by Yuko Hasegawa.
