This project curated by the Raqs Media Collective, takes its name from the Sarai Reader book series, which have been, over the years, widely recognized as a site of critical and creative thinking. The making of the book, Sarai Reader 09 (Projections), will accompany the exhibition. The exhibition will not only initiate and bring new works to the public, but also generate a desire for an engaging vocabulary of (and ways of) practicing and thinking about art.
