Tejal Shah’s “Between the Waves” is one of five short films by five women directors that will be screened as part of Fil Rouge, a special program being hosted by the 14th Circuito Off Film Festival, the first in Venice to be dedicated entirely to short films with a special focus on experimental videos. Curated by Mara Sartore, the screenings will take place at Teatrino Di Palazzo Grassi in Venice on August 28 at 10pm.
