The Raqs Media Collective is a trio of Delhi-based artists—Jeebesh Bagchi, Monica Narual and Shuddhabrata Sengupta—that banded together as far back as 1992. They are possibly one of India’s most intellectual artistic tribes, and curiously, its least well known outside of art circles and the West (where they’ve shown at the Tate Britain and documenta XI in Kassel most notably).
