Photographer Munem Wasif’s solo mixed-media exhibition titled Jomin o Joban: A Tale of The Land began in Salzburg, Austria on Wednesday.
The exhibition, which has been organised in cooperation with Stadtgalerien Salzburg and Summer Academy, opened its doors to visitors on Thursday at Stadtgalerie Musemspavillon, said a press release.
Between documentation and fiction, his works create open narratives of revised history and contemporary events. His works offer the audience poetic and sensitive insights into global issues such as food sovereignty, labour slavery, and border regimes, the release reads.
